1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 568jili website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 568jili Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the 568jili Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

568jili reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page with the effective date clearly indicated.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 568jili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as guided by applicable regulations. 568jili strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and non-human actors are not permitted to register or hold accounts on the 568jili Platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 568jili, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 568jili Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the Platform.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 568jili Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 568jili is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 568jili account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

You agree to notify 568jili immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 568jili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

568jili reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

568jili supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as made available on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Deposits are generally credited to your 568jili account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 568jili does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. 568jili reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in your name and previously used for deposits where applicable.

Currency: All transactions on the 568jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 568jili is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

568jili reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withdrawal that is found to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, 568jili will notify the affected player and provide an opportunity to respond before any final action is taken.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

568jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 568jili bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players may not combine bonuses unless a specific promotion permits it.
• Bonus Abuse: 568jili reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 568jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of modification will be honored under the original terms.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 568jili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

568jili uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published in the game information section.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 568jili will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, 568jili may void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. 568jili's decision in such matters is final.

568jili reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it determines that a technical error, software bug, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout. Players will be notified of any such voiding and the affected wager will be returned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 568jili Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 568jili staff through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming

568jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm.

568jili provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 568jili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 568jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 568jili.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 568jili trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of 568jili intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 568jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

568jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

568jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 568jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 568jili's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Termination

568jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a third party acting on your behalf.
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring account closure.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative fees as outlined in our fee schedule.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any applicable fees.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 568jili customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

12 Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 568jili Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter in writing to our Compliance Department. All escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the 568jili team and a final decision will be communicated within 14 business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process.

568jili's decisions on all game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account matters are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in this section.

13 Amendments

568jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 568jili will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The effective date at the top of this page will be updated whenever these Terms are revised. Your continued use of the 568jili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

Minor changes such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially affect your rights, or updates required by law may be made without prior notice.
